On the table
« As strange as it may seem, I like to say that I produce "vins de table". By that, I mean that a great wine like Chevalier really shows its best at table. It shines when a subtle balance is achieved with suitable food. I would also add that Chevalier is better still when enjoyed among friends in the right setting… »Oliver Bernard
